12 ആഴ്ചയില്‍നിന്ന് 26 ആഴ്ചയായി അവധി വര്‍ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ചാണ് ആലോചിക്കുന്നത്. അധികമായി വരുന്ന 14 ആഴ്ചയിലെ ശമ്പളം സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നല്‍കും. 15,000 രൂപവരെ പ്രതിമാസം ശമ്പളം ഉള്ളവര്‍ക്കായിരിക്കും ഈ ആനുകൂല്യം ലഭ്യമാകുക. ഇപിഎഫ്ഒയുമായി സഹകരിച്ചായിരിക്കും പദ്ധതി നടപ്പാക്കുക. പ്രതിവര്‍ഷം 400 കോടി രൂപയുടെ അധികബാധ്യത ഇതുമൂലം ഉണ്ടാകുമെന്നാണ് കരുതുന്നത്. ഡല്‍ഹി, മഹാരാഷ്ട്ര എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലാകും പദ്ധതി ആദ്യം നടപ്പാക്കുക. പിന്നീട് ഇന്ത്യയൊട്ടാകെ വ്യാപിപ്പിക്കും.
