Country music star Randy Travis underwent heart surgery Monday after being admitted to a Texas hospital on Sunday in critical condition. Randy came down with what he thought was a bad cold, but then after his condition rapidly deteriorated over a few days, he was airlifted to the hospital where they were treating him for complications stemming from viral cardiomyopathy.
