Victoria Beckham has always had a lot to juggle, but job number one is playing mom to her four kids. In the August issue of Vogue China, Victoria admits she feels guilty every time she goes to work. 'It's a huge juggling act,' she tells the mag. 'When you are a working mother and looking after your family. Millions and millions of women around the world are doing this, but it's not easy, and yes, you feel guilty every time you walk out the door to go to work.' But all guilt aside, Posh still takes great pride in her work as a designer, and tells the mag she loves empowering women and making them feel sexy when they wear her clothes.
