Nadya reportedly fired Bryson, who responded by lodging a harassment campaign against three of Octomom's children.
Legal documents claim Bryson calls and sends text messages to Suleman's eldest son constantly, and has leaked made up stories about the Suleman household to the media, alleging the boy molested his younger sisters and watches pornography.
A judge ordered Bryson to stay 100 yards away from Elijah, and to cease contacting him. TMZ says Octomom will also file requests for restraining orders on behalf of the two other children involved..

Every time we turn around it’s some kind of new drama surrounding Octomom, Nayda Suleman and her brood of 14 children. This time, the family is having trouble with an ex-nanny. Octomom’s 11-year-old son, Elijah Solomon is accusing his ex-nanny, Gina Bryson of harassment and has gone to court for a restraining order to put a stop to it.
According to TMZ, Octomom’s son Elijah says his ex-nanny is completely obsessed with him and will not leave him alone. The 11-year-old boy reports that ex-nanny Gina Bryson has called him and sent him offensive texts ever since his mother fired her back in the summer.
According to the legal documents filed in the restraining order, Bryson is accused of “leaking false stories to the media.” Among these stories are claims that Elijah sexually molested his younger sisters and that he frequently watches pornography.
Octomom and Elijah were successful in obtaining a restraining order that prohibits Gina Bryson from coming within 100 yards of Elijah and also prohibits her from calling, texting, or otherwise contacting him in any way.
Octomom, Nayda Suleman has also started the process of requesting restraining orders against Bryson in relation to two of her other children who the ex-nanny also allegedly harasses.

Octomom Nadya Suleman is a sick woman according to former nanny Gina Bryson. A restraining order was served to Bryson on Friday because of her purported harassment of Suleman's oldest son.
According to a report from RadarOnline, the nanny is accused of having an obsession with Suleman's fourteen children and of harassing the oldest one, Eli, with text messages and phone calls.
'Nadya is a sick woman that has her definitions confused as she has claimed that I was obsessed with her children; the correct verbiage is love, I do love them and will continue to try to protect them against their mother's neglect, abuse and OBSESSION to use them to make a profit from,' Gina said in her interview with RadarOnline. 'I was surprised it wasn't reported on Friday morning. I guess they waited for today since social media traffic is higher. I am also shocked that the people that filed for Eli are willing to blatantly lie to court officers as there is ZERO proof that I have ever harassed any of Nadya's children.'
Suleman's children are presently in the care of friends and nannies while she undergoes a month-long stint in rehab for her Xanax addiction. Gina Bryson says reports Suleman fired her last summer are false as well. She was one of many volunteers who helped care for the fourteen children and she never received a cent for her efforts.

Octomom Nadya Suleman’s oldest son, Elijah, has asked for his mom’s help in filing a restraining order against an ex-nanny, alleging that she is spreading false stories about him to tabloids which are damaging to his character.
Gina Bryson has reportedly told various media outlets that Elijah was caught sexually molesting his younger sisters and frequently watches porn; Suleman is in the process of filing two more complaints against the woman on behalf of some of her other children, saying they have all been harassed by phone calls or text messages from the woman.
Bryson has been ordered to stay at least 100 feet from Elijah and is prohibited from contacting him.
Suleman recently relocated her family of 14 to a nice new home, which she proudly showed off in a video, perhaps to silence her detractors after an acquaintance went to the media with reports–and photos–concerning her old home and how unkempt it was.
