Security has been tightened in Karnal, Haryana on September 07 ahead of Kisan Mahapanchayat. Rapid Action Force has been deployed at the new Anaj Mandi area. State governement has suspended mobile internet and SMS services in Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Jind and Panipat to curb the ‘spread of inflammatory material and rumours’ today
