Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur received a 'traditional welcome' by a team of Sports Authority of India (SAI) on his arrival in Kargil, Ladakh on September 25. He also inaugurated high power transmitters at world’s highest radio station at Humbatingla.
