The Vice President Venkaiah Naidu on Sept 12 inaugurated a 1.5 megawatt (MW) solar power plant at Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry. He dedicated the solar plant to the nation.
