“Building a favourable environment for Business Growth and Competitiveness”
With the objective of boosting business competitiveness and catalysing shared prosperity, India and UK can come together to set up global standards, increase relevance of private investments, create incentives for firms to invest productively, generate jobs and enhance trade and investment growth. The focus is to integrate into value chains, leverage technology, improve linkages to international markets and investors, and increase their ability to meet service and product quality standards. There is a need to build a reform toolkit, exchange ideas and develop solutions through cross-cutting activities, provide advisory and analytical support to reforms whilst considering the economic development agenda of the two governments of India and UK.
