In the ongoing second phase of Malabar exercise in the Bay of Bengal, United States Navy Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Michael Gilday on October 14 called India a ‘natural partner’. “We are operating very closely with Indian Navy. Our intention is to operate much more closely with them over the coming weeks, months and years.
