सार यह है कि मनुष्य के जीवन में सभी विकार और सभी समस्याएं एक ही चीज के कारण होती हैं- मन। और यदि आप मन की चालों को हराने की कला को समझ सकें, तो आप अपने जीवन की सभी समस्याओं से मुक्त हो सकते हैं।

What do you think is the root cause of all the problems that you have in your life? The root cause behind all your problems is your mind, it is your thinking. It is your mind that creates all kinds of nuisances and your mind is the reason behind all your sorrows. If your mind was not the reason behind your grief, then how is someone who earns a lakh a month also suffering and someone who earns 15,000 a month is sad as well? How is someone who earns 50,000 a month not happy either?

The essence is that all the disorders and all the problems in the life of a human are caused by one thing only- the mind. And if you can figure out the art of being able to beat the tricks of the mind, you can be free of all the problems in your life.
