You will find everything you need to know on how to get rid of dry and damaged hair, and how to get rid of hair fall and hair loss. I've also mentioned on how to get healthy, soft and shiny hair in this video. I've shared about my experience with castor oil for hair, aloe vera for hair, apple cider vinegar for hair loss, apple cider vinegar for hair regrowth, coconut water for hair loss and hair regrowth. I've tried my best to share how to stop hair fall and hair loss and how to get new hair in this hair information video. I've spoken about the importance of Biotin, Iron and Vitamin B12, Vitamin D for Hair growth and to get rid of hair fall.

I used the Jamaican Black Castor Oil for my hair. You can mix it with a lighter carrier oil, like Coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil, avocado oil for hair conditioning and hair growth in thinning or balding areas.
All these hair fall treatments work for both, men and women as well. These will work for male pattern baldness, female pattern baldness, hair thinning for men, hair thinning for women, and basic everyday easy hair care tips to include in your hair care routine.

Hey Everyone, Its very important to know the correct way of removing Hair Oil so you're not over washing your hair 3-4 times and over drying and stripping the scalp and hair of the natural moisture. It shouldn't take more than 2 good washes to remove all the coconut oil from the scalp.. If you Correctly use this method to remove any heavy oiling routine you've just done, the first concentrated wash will loosen all the oil and the second wash will easily remove all the oil from the scalp. Please don't wash your hair more than twice and always follow up with using a conditioner even when you have oiled to because its very important to shut and seal the cuticles after its been opened while cleansing the hair
