ശബരിമല വിഷയം ഉയര്‍ത്തിക്കാട്ടി നിയമസഭയില്‍ ഇന്നും പ്രതിപക്ഷ ബഹളം തുടര്‍ന്നതോടെ നടപടികള്‍ വേഗത്തില്‍ പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കി ഇന്നത്തേക്ക് സഭ പിരിഞ്ഞു.പ്രതിപക്ഷ ബഹളത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് ചോദ്യോത്തര വേളയും ശ്രദ്ധ ക്ഷണിക്കലും സബ്മിഷനും റദ്ദാക്കി 21 മിനിറ്റിനകം നടപടികള്‍ പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കിയാണ് സഭ പിരിഞ്ഞത്.പ്ലക്കാര്‍ഡുകളും ബാനറുകളുമായി ഇന്നും പ്രതിപക്ഷ എംഎല്‍എമാര്‍ നടത്തുളത്തിലിറങ്ങി മുദ്രാവാക്യം വിളിച്ചു. ശബരിമലയില്‍ ഭക്തര്‍ സംതൃപ്തരാണെന്ന പത്രവാര്‍ത്തകള്‍ ദേവസ്വം മന്ത്രി കടകംപള്ളി സുരേന്ദ്രനും ഉയര്‍ത്തിക്കാണിച്ചു. നിയസഭയ്ക്ക് പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയും പ്രതിപക്ഷം പ്രതിഷേധിച്ചു.
ശബരിമലയിലെ അടിസ്ഥാന സൗകര്യ വിഷയങ്ങളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച തിരുവഞ്ചൂര്‍ രാധാകൃഷ്ണന്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച അടിയന്തര പ്രമേയ നോട്ടീസ് പരിഗണിക്കണമെന്നായിരുന്നു പ്രതിപക്ഷത്തിന്റെ ആവശ്യം. ഇക്കാര്യത്തില്‍ ഇന്നലത്തന്നെ മറുപടി പറഞ്ഞതാണെന്ന് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി അറിയിച്ചു.തുടര്‍ച്ചയായി സഭ തടസ്സപ്പെടുത്തിയാല്‍ മറ്റു നടപടികളിലേക്ക് കടക്കേണ്ടി വരുമെന്ന് സ്പീക്കര്‍ പി.ശ്രീരാമകൃഷണന്‍ മുന്നറിയിപ്പ് നല്‍കി. ചോദ്യോത്തര വേളയിൽ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി സംസാരിക്കുന്നതിനിടെ പ്രതിപക്ഷ എംഎല്‍എമാര്‍ ബഹളം തുടങ്ങി. ശബരിമലയിൽ നിരോധനാജ്ഞ പിൻവലിക്കണം. ശബരിമല സംരക്ഷിക്കണം തുടങ്ങിയ പ്ലക്കാ‍ർഡും ബാനറുമായാണ് പ്രതിപക്ഷ അംഗങ്ങൾ സഭയിൽ എത്തിയത്. പ്രതിപക്ഷ അംഗങ്ങൾ നടുത്തളത്തിലിറങ്ങി മുദ്രാവാക്യം വിളിച്ചു. സ്പീക്കറുടെ ഡയസിന് മുന്നിലാണ് പ്രതിഷേധം. ചോദ്യോത്തര വേളയിൽ സഹകരിക്കണമെന്ന് സ്പീക്കര്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. എന്നാല്‍ സര്‍ക്കാറിന്‍റെ നിലപാടുകള്‍ മാറ്റാതെ പ്രതിഷേധം അവസാനിപ്പിക്കില്ലെന്ന് പ്രതിപക്ഷ അംഗങ്ങള്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.നിയമസഭാ സമ്മേളനത്തിന്‍റെ രണ്ടാം ദിവസവും ശബരിമല പ്രശ്നത്തിൽ പ്രക്ഷോഭം ശക്തമാക്കുകയാണ് യുഡിഎഫ് എംഎല്‍എമാര്‍. ശബരിമലയിലെ നിരോധനാജ്ഞ പിന്‍വലിക്കും വരെ സഭ തടസപ്പെടുത്തുമെന്നാണ് പ്രതിപക്ഷം വ്യക്തമാക്കിയത്. ചോദ്യോത്തര വേളയില്‍ ആദ്യത്തെ ചോദ്യം പ്രളയം സംബന്ധിച്ചായിരുന്നു. പ്രളയാനന്തര നടപടികളെ കുറിച്ച് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി മറുപടി നല്‍കുന്നതിനിടെയും പ്രതിഷേധം തുടർന്നു.ശബരിമലയിലെ നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങളില്‍ പ്രതിഷേധിച്ച് കറുപ്പ് വസ്ത്രം ധരിച്ചാണ് പി.സി ജോര്‍ജ് എം.എല്‍.എയും ബി.ജെ.പി അംഗം ഒ.രാജഗോപാലും സഭയിലെത്തിയത്.

പിണറായി വിജയന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ നാലാമത്തെ ബജറ്റും ധനമന്ത്രി തോമസ് ഐസക്കിന്റെ പത്താമത്തെ ബജറ്റുമാണ് ഇന്ന് അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.പ്രളയാനന്തര പുനര്‍നിര്‍മാണത്തിന് പണം കണ്ടെത്തുന്നതിന് ജിഎസ്ടിയില്‍ സെസ് ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തുന്ന പ്രഖ്യാപനം ബജറ്റിലുണ്ടാകും. സംസ്ഥാനം കടുത്ത സാമ്പത്തിക പ്രതിസന്ധിയിലൂടെയാണ് കടന്നുപോകുന്നതെന്ന് ബജറ്റ് അവതരണത്തിനായി നിയമസഭയിലേക്ക് പുറപ്പെടുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് തന്നെ ധനമന്ത്രി മാധ്യമപ്രവര്‍ത്തകരോട് പറയുകയുണ്ടായി.
തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന് മുന്നോടിയായിട്ടുള്ള ബജറ്റായതിനാല്‍ ക്ഷേമപെന്‍ഷനുകള്‍ 100 രൂപ വീതം കൂട്ടിയേക്കും.
അയ്യായ്യിരം കോടി രൂപയോളം വരുന്ന നികുതി കുടിശ്ശിക പിരിച്ചെടുക്കാന്‍ വ്യാപാരികള്‍ക്ക് ഇളവുകളോടെ ഒറ്റത്തവണ പദ്ധതിയും ഉണ്ടാകും.3229 കോടി രൂപ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ ദുരിതാശ്വാസ നിധിയിലേക്ക് ലഭിച്ചു.പ്രളയബാധിത പഞ്ചായത്തുകള്‍ക്ക് 250 കോടി നല്‍കും.പൊതുമരാമത്ത് തദ്ദേശ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് 1000 കോടി.നവകേരളത്തിന് 25 പദ്ധതികള്‍.ആകെ ബജറ്റ് ചിലവ് 1.42 ലക്ഷം കോടി.നാളികേര മേഖലക്ക് 170 കോടി.ഐടി പാര്‍ക്കുകളില്‍ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നവരുടെ എണ്ണം ഒരു ലക്ഷത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് രണ്ടു ലക്ഷമാക്കി ഉയര്‍ത്തും.മത്സ്യത്തൊഴിലാളികള്‍ക്കായി കൂടുതല്‍ ഫ്‌ളാറ്റുകള്‍ പണിയും.അടുത്ത രണ്ട് വര്‍ഷം കൊണ്ട് 6000 കിലോമീറ്റര്‍ റോഡ് നിര്‍മിക്കും.സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഇലക്ട്രിക് വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ എണ്ണം പത്തുലക്ഷമാക്കും.സ്ത്രീകളുടെ പദ്ധതികള്‍ക്കായി 1420 കോടി. അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു.
