मुरादाबाद के मुगलपुरा इलाके में जिला प्रशासन की टीम द्वारा रामगंगा नदी के किनारे बने अवैध निर्माण को ध्वस्त कराने के लिए अतिक्रमण हटाओ अभियान चलाया गया। नगर मजिस्ट्रेट की अध्यक्षता में चलाये गये अभियान में कई निर्माणों को ध्वस्त कराया गया। इस दौरान स्थानीय लोगों ने अभियान का विरोध भी किया लेकिन प्रशासन ने पुलिस की मदद से अतिक्रमण को हटवा दिया। स्थानीय लोगों का आरोप है कि उनके पास जमीन के पेपर, एनओसी और रजिस्ट्री होने के बावजूद उनके निर्माणों को तोड़ा जा रहा है जो कि ना इंसाफी है लेकिन प्रशासन द्वारा सारे कागज़ देखने के बाद भी निर्माण को अवैध बताया जा रहा है।
वहीं नगर मजिस्ट्रेट एमपी सिंह ने बताया कि इस इलाके में अतिक्रमण होने की शिकायतें लगातार जिलाधिकारी और मंडालायुक्त कार्यालय में प्राप्त हो रही थी जिसके बाद प्रशासन के निर्देश पर अतिक्रमण हटवाने की कार्यवाही की जा रही है।
इस मामले में कहीं न कहीं प्रशासन के कर्मचारियों की मिलीभगत है जहां अधिकारियांे की नाक के नीचे कुछ लोग फर्जी तरीके से एनओसी का खेल खेल रहे हैं जिससे भोले भाले लोगों के साथ धोखाधड़ी हो रही है। अवैध रूप से एनओसी देने के बाद लोगा अवैध तरीके से निर्माण कर लेते हैं जिसका खामियाजा यह होता है कि प्रशासन की कार्यवाही में गरीबों के आशियाने उजड़ जाते हैं। प्रशासन को इस मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए ऐसे लोगों को चिन्हित करके कार्यवाही करनी चाहिए।
