At an inaugural function in Telangana’s Rajanna Sircilla Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao lost his temper. He pulled out ribbon after not getting a scissor for cutting the ribbon. He was inaugurating 2BHK houses for loom workers and homeless poor.
