रंगारंग कार्यक्रम के साथ एसपीएल का आगाज
मुरी हिंडालको मैदान में सातवें एसपीएल (सामू प्रीमियर लीग) का रविवार को रंगारंग सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम के साथ शुभारंभ हुआ। जिसमें कस्तूरबा विद्यालय सिल्ली के छात्राओं द्वारा सांस्कृतिक नृत्य से उपस्थित दर्शकों का मन मोह लिया। सिल्ली स्पोर्ट्स एकाडमी के सौजन्य से आयोजित इस खेल का विधिवत उद्घाटन झारखण्ड सरकार के पुर्व खेल मंत्री सह सिल्ली विधायक सुदेश कुमार महतो ने एसपीएल का ध्वज फहरा कर तथा खिलाड़ियों के मार्चपास्ट के पश्चात खिलाड़ियों को शपथ दिलाकर किया।
एसपीएल प्रतियोगिता का उद्घाटन मैच रेलवे रॉयल्स मुरी ने किंग्स इलेवन मुरी को 3 रन से हरा कर जीता। टाॅस जितकर रेलवे राॅयल्स मुरी ने पहले बल्लेबाजी करते हुए निर्धारित 12 ओभर में 7 विकेट खोकर कुल 117 रन बनाया वहीं किंग्स इलेवन मुरी ने निर्धारित 12 ओभर में 4 विकेट खोकर कुल 114 रन ही बना पाए। आज के खेल में मैन ऑफ मैच का पुरस्कार रेलवे रॉयल्स के विश्वजीत राॅय को, बेस्ट बॉलर किंग्स इलेवन मुरी के उत्पल पांडे को, बेस्ट केच मुरी किंग्स इलेवन के दीप चौधरी को, मोस्ट सीक्सेस विश्वजीत राॅय एवं दीपक नायक को दिया गया। ज्ञात हो कि इस प्रतियोगिता में कुल दस टीमों ने हिस्सा लिया है। जिसमें सिल्ली सुपर किंग, रॉयल राजस्थान, यंग चेंजर्स सिल्ली, किंग इलेवन मूरी, रेलवे रॉयल मुरी, फ्रीडम आजसु, झालदा नाइट राइडर, सिंगपुर लायंस, पंच परगना हीरोज एवं मुरी वारियर्स, शामिल है।
