- भारत और पाकिस्ताहन के रिश्तों में आई कड़वाहट के बीच प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आज सिंधु नदी समझौते की समीक्षा के लिए अहम बैठक की...इस बैठक में विदेश सचिव एस जयशंकर, एनएसए अजीत डोभाल और जल संसाधन सचिव मौजूद थे...बैठक में सभी अधिकारियों ने सिंधु नदी समझौते से जुड़े तमाम पहलू पीएम मोदी के सामने रखे...दरअसल लगातार मांग उठ रही है कि उरी आतंकी हमले के बाद पाकिस्तान पर दबाव बनाने के लिए भारत, सिंधु नदी समझौता तोड़ दे...इस पर चर्चा के लिए ये अहम बैठक हुई...लेकिन अभी जानकारी नहीं मिल पाई है कि बैठक का नतीजा क्या रहा..और पीएम ने क्याै निर्देश दिए । सूत्रों के अनुसार यह कदम पूरी तरह से शुरुआत है और विदेश मंत्री के यूएनजीए से आने के बाद भी इस मुद्दे को लेकर जल संसाधन मंत्री उमा भारती के साथ भी बैठक हो सकती है...और इसके बाद ही कोई फैसला लिया जा सकता है...आपको बता दें कि 1960 में तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री जवाहरलाल नेहरू और पाकिस्तानी शासक अयूब खान में समझौता हुआ था. इसके तहत सिंधु बेसिन में बहने वाली छह नदियों में से सतलुज, रावी और ब्यास पर तो भारत का पूर्ण अधिकार है. वहीं पश्चिमी हिस्से की सिंधु, चेनाब और झेलम के पानी का भारत सीमित इस्तेमाल कर सकता है..सिंधु जल बंटवारे समझौते को रद्द करवाने की मांग के बीच आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक जनहित याचिका दाखिल की गई है। इसमें समझौते की संवैधानिकता को चुनौती दी गई है। यह याचिका एमएल शर्मा ने दायर की है.
