दिल्ली हिंसा में नाम आने के बाद आम आदमी पार्टी के पार्षद ताहिर हुसैन ने दिल्ली के कड़कड़डूमा कोर्ट में अग्रिम जमानत की अर्जी लगाई है. कड़कड़डूमा कोर्ट ताहिर हुसैन की जमानत अर्जी पर आज सुनवाई करेगी. ताहिर हुसैन केस के की सुनवाई जज सुधीर कुमार की अदालत में होगी. ताहिर हुसैन पर इंटेलिजेंस ब्यूरो के कर्मचारी अंकित शर्मा की हत्या का आरोप हैं. साथ ही उत्तरी-पूर्वी दिल्ली में भड़की हिंसा में ताहिर हुसैन के खिलाफ केस दर्ज है.
