On a trip to Kerala during the formative years of his career, Kailash Kher happened to discover music in the rhythm of a moving train. This prompted him to lay down the basic idea of what would later become 'Daaro Na Rang' and appear on Kailasa's 2012 album Rangeele. On MTV Unplugged, Kailasa perform a stripped down version of this percussion-heavy song with an Indian folk-flavoured tune.
