Kangra(Himachal Pradesh): On the second day of Kangra visit CM Jairam Thakur inaugurated and laid the foundation for crores of rupees in Palampur. While addressing the public meeting at Gandhi Maidan in Palampur, CM said that the people of Palampur will not be forced to pay taxes. On the lines of MNREGA, the benefits of Chief Minister Urban Livelihood Scheme will also be given.
