Hamirpur (Himachal Pradesh) : The condition of national highways in Himachal Pradesh is very poor. There are numerous complaints of defects during construction. Due to this, the department team from National Highway Dharamshala has started filling samples. The team staff collected samples from several places on 103 highway which would be sent to the lab and the report would be submitted to the government soon. The team was led by SE Quality Control Madan Kaushal of National Highway Department, Dharamshala.
