The autorickshaw driver in Patna is tuned so well to political murmurs, he can predict who is going to be the next chief minister.

It's a toss up between Nand Kishore Yadav and Sushil Modi, he says. He would prefer the latter. Of course, that's dependent on the BJP winning the election. Paswan is confident they will. He's voting for them, after all.

Why? 'They are ruling at the Centre, so they would be able to do work better than the others. Narendra Modi is doing good work everywhere,' he says. 'Also, the BJP has a different approach to doing work.
