दिल्ली के एक स्टेडियम में डॉगी टहलाने को लेकर गुरुवार सुबह चर्चा में आए आईएएस अफसर संजीव खिरवार और उनकी पत्नी रिंकू दुग्गा पर शाम तक गाज गिर गई। दरअसल, आरोप था कि दिल्ली के मुख्य सचिव खिरवार कुत्ते के साथ टहलने के लिए स्टेडियम आते हैं, इसलिए एथलीट्स को स्टेडियम से जल्दी बाहर निकलने के लिए कहा जाता है और उनका अभ्यास बाधित हो रहा है। गंभीर आरोपों को देखते हुए गृह मंत्रालय ने देर शाम को आदेश जारी करके खिरवार और उनकी पत्नी का ट्रांसफर कर दिया। इसके अलावा केजरीवाल सरकार ने भी खिलाड़ियों के लिए सभी खेल सुविधाओं को रात 10 बजे तक खुले रखने के निर्देश दिए। इस मामले को लेकर अब सोशल मीडिया पर मीम्स की बाढ़ आ गई है।
