The dead body of Maoist named Bibaasu Naik was found floating in Balimella reservoir. With this the death toll of Maoists in Malkangiri encounter has reached 31. It is suspected that Bibaasu Naik fell into a stream while escaping from Malkangiri encounter and his body was washed away downstream into the reservoir.
