Una (Himachal Pradesh) : BJP state president Suresh Kashyap has described the serious allegations against ministers of Jai Ram government as baseless. Kashyap said that such allegations are often made, but nothing can be said till the allegations are proved. Kashyap said that in Himachal, Congress has been degraded and Congress has become a leaderless party. Some Congress leaders speak from Kangra, some from Hamirpur, some from Mandi and some from Shimla. Kashyap said that lunch and dinner diplomacy is going on in the Congress.
