Mandi (Himachal Pradesh) : A woman's mangalsutra was lost. The person who got it did not know about Mangalsutra owner. In such a situation, he took the help of social media. Dharm chand, a resident of Durgapur village of the Khabu Panchayat of Balh sub-division, had found this Mangalsutra outside his shop. He put a video message on social media and gave information about Mangalsutra. People of the area shared the video message and the message reached the woman whose mangalsutra was lost in Durgapur market. Urmila Devi of Sadoh village reached Dharm chand's shop in Durgapur today and revealed the exact identity of Mangalsutra. Dharm chand gave this mangalsutra to the said woman in the presence of Neelam Sharma, the pradhan of the Khabu Panchayat. Urmila Devi and Panchayat pradhan Neelam Sharma thanked Dharam chand for setting the example of honesty. Urmila Devi told that she was very upset due to the loss of Mangalsutra, but Dharma chand proved that honesty is still alive.
