Dharmendra Verma of Kulath village in Rajgarh tehsil when saw that the local dishes are disappearing from homes and markets in the present day, he decided to make traditional local dishes and serve people and tourists coming from all over the country. Dhaba owner Dharmendra Verma said that hill dishes are made on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. On Tuesday, sugar and ghee are served with Asakali, and on Thursday, ghee and curd is served with mint and kheer along with pudda and on Saturday. Apart from this, Lushkas are also prepared daily in mountain food. He told that in his dhaba, with three rupees per Asakali, sugar, honey, raab and lentils and 20 rupees per 30 mL ghee, 10 rupees per pudding, while kheer half plate Rs 20 and full plate Rs 40 and Rs 20 per cicadu , 20 rupees per 30 mL ghee and curd of 10 rupees and 10 rupees per Lushka Dhaba is being served to customers.
