Una( Himachal)After the order of the Supreme Court, the Una administration has started taking strict action. In view of the festivals, storage, sale and use of only green firecrackers will be allowed in district Una during Dussehra and Diwali festivities. At the same time, there will be a complete ban on the storage and sale of ordinary firecrackers and strict action will be taken against the sellers selling such firecrackers. SDM Dr. Nidhi Patel has also issued orders for strict implementation and monitoring of these rules during the festive season under Sub-Division Una.

ഉപാധികളോടെയാണ് പടക്കങ്ങള്‍ വില്‍ക്കാന്‍ അനുമതി നല്‍കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇ- കൊമേഴ്‌സ് സൈറ്റുകള്‍ വഴി പടക്കങ്ങള്‍ വില്‍ക്കുന്നതിന് കോടതി വിലക്കേര്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. വായുമലിനീകരണം നിയന്ത്രിക്കാനുള്ള മാര്‍ഗമെന്ന നിലയില്‍ രാജ്യമെമ്പാടും പടക്കങ്ങളുടെ നിര്‍മാണവും വില്‍പനയും നിരോധിക്കണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച ഹര്‍ജിയിലാണ് സുപ്രീം കോടതി വിധി. ലൈസന്‍സ് ഉള്ളവര്‍ മാത്രമേ പടക്കങ്ങള്‍ വില്‍ക്കാന്‍ പാടുള്ളു.അനുവദനീയമായ അളവില്‍ പുകയും മറ്റും പുറത്തുവിടുന്നവ മാത്രം വില്‍ക്കണം തുടങ്ങിയവയാണ് കോടതി ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയ നിബന്ധനകള്‍. വിവാഹമുള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള ആഘോഷങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പടക്കങ്ങള്‍ ഉപയോഗിക്കാം. എന്നാല്‍ ദീപാവലി ദിനത്തില്‍ രാത്രി എട്ടുമുതല്‍ രാത്രി 10 വരെമാത്രമെ പടക്കങ്ങള്‍ ഉപയോഗിക്കാവു. ക്രിസ്മസ് പുതുവത്സര ദിനങ്ങളില്‍ രാത്രി 11.30 മുതല്‍ 12.30 വരെയും പടക്കങ്ങള്‍ ഉപയോഗിക്കാം. ഡല്‍ഹിയില്‍ പടക്കങ്ങള്‍ പൊട്ടിക്കാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് കേന്ദ്ര മലിനീകരണ നിയന്ത്രണ ബോര്‍ഡില്‍ നിന്ന് അനുമതി വാങ്ങിയിരിക്കണമെന്നും കോടതി നിബന്ധന വെച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
പടക്കങ്ങളുടെ നിര്‍മാണവും വില്‍പനയും പൂര്‍ണമായി നിരോധിക്കരുതെന്നും പകരം കര്‍ശന നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങള്‍ ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തുകയാണ് വേണ്ടതെന്നും പടക്കനിര്‍മാതാക്കള്‍ നേരത്തെ കോടതിയോട് അഭ്യര്‍ഥിച്ചിരുന്നു.
