शिमला। हिमाचल प्रदेश में स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने 30 नवंबर तक 100 फीसदी कोविड वैक्सीन की दूसरी डोज लगाने का लक्ष्य रखा है। इसी बीच कुछ लोगों को बिना दूसरी डोज लगाए ही वैक्सीनशन होने के मैसेज भी आ गए हैं जिससे स्वास्थ्य विभाग का टीकाकरण अभियान शक के दायरे में आ गया है। हालांकि स्वास्थ्य सचिव ने मामले को लेकर सॉफ्टवेयर की गलती का हवाला देते हुए जांच की बात कही है।
