Talking about the Giripar area of Sirmaur district, here last night the rain created a ruckus. In Ambon village of Paonta Sahib's Chandni Panchayat due rain debris entered many houses. The villagers spent the whole night under the open sky. The homeless people have been shifted to Mahila Mandal Bhawan....

शिमला। हिमाचल में मानसून का असर देखने को मिल रहा है। राजधानी शिमला सहित प्रदेश के कई हिस्सों में बारिश हुई है। बात सिरमौर जिला के गिरिपार क्षेत्र की करें तो यहां पर बीती रात बारिश ने जम कर तांडव मचाया। पांवटा साहिब के चांदनी पंचायत के अम्बोण गांव में खड्ड में आई बाढ़ से जहां सैकड़ों बीघा उपजाऊ भूमि बह गई वहीं कई मकानों में मलबा घुस गया। ग्रामीणों ने खुले आसमान के नीचे पूरी रात बिताई। बेघर हुए लोगों को महिला मंडल भवन में शिफ्ट किया गया हैं। सूचना मिलते ही पंचायत प्रधान मौके पर पहुंचकर लोगों की समस्या देखी।एसडीएम पांवटा विवेक महाजन ने बताया कि कानूनगो को मौके का मुआयना कर रिपोर्ट तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। प्रशासन हर तरह से राहत व बचाव कार्य में लगा है।
