Which was presided over by the state president of Youth Congress Nigam Bhandari. शिमला। बड़े बुजुर्ग कह गए हैं कि किसी भी समस्या का हल जितनी जल्दी हो वो कर देना चाहिए वरना समस्या के बड़ा होने में देर रही लगती। और बात जब लोगों की रोजी -रोटी से जुड़ी हो तो उसे तुरंत हल करने में भलाई है। वरना जनता को भड़कते देर नहीं लगती। इस समय प्रदेश के बागवान सेब की कम हो रही कीमतों को लेकर परेशान है। ऐसा नहीं है कि सरकार को इस समस्या का पता नहीं है। प्रदेश के सीएम ज्ञान उढेलते हैं कि जब तक कीमतें दम है सेब मत तोड़ो उन के कैबिनेट सहयोगी यानी हिमाचल प्रदेश के बागवानी मंत्री चार कदम आगे निकल कर एक अजीब सी सलाह देते हैं कि सेब खुले क्रेट मे बेचों। कीमतों के बारे में ना तो सीएम और ना ही उनके मंत्री के कुछ ऐसा कहा जो बागवानों की समझ में आता और जो व्यावहारिक होता। अब उसकी नतीजा भी देख लीजिए इतने दिनों के बाद बागवानी मंत्री जी को ख्याल आया कि चलो बागवानों की समस्या हल करते हैं और जा पहुंचे शिमला की पराला मंडी। साथ में थे कृषि मंत्री वीरेंद्र कंवर, और चौपाल के विधायक बलवीर वर्मा। वहां पर बागवानों ने उन के खिलाफ जो नारे लगाए वो आप खुद सुन लीजिए।
