रोहतास जिले के शिवसागर थाना अंतर्गत राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-2 के अमुआ गेट के समीप बाइक सवार पांच अपराधियों ने बाईक से आ रहे दो लोगों के साथ लूटपाट एवं मारपीट की घटना को अंजाम दिया है। बाईक सवार अपराधियों ने बाइक से जा रहे कोणार्क गांव के रहने वाले शंभू पांडे और उनके मित्र को ओवरटेक कर सोने की चैन और नगद रुपये लूट लिया। लूट का विरोध करने पर अपराधियों ने लोहे की पाईप से दोनों लोगों पर हमला कर दिया और मारपीट कर कर गंभीर रूप से घायल कर दिया। रास्ते से गुजर रहे राहगीरों द्वारा विरोध करने पर लूट की घटना को अंजाम देकर अपराधी मौके से फरार हो गए। वहीं घायल दोनों बाइक सवार लोगो को सासाराम सदर अस्पताल में ईलाज के लिये भर्ती कराया गया है। जहाँ घायलों का ईलाज चल रहा है। वही इस मामले में घायलो के द्वारा थाने में लिखित शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई है। वही लूटपाट की घटना की जानकारी होने पर शिव सागर थाने की पुलिस मौके पर पहुंचकर मामले की जाँच में जुटी है।

रोहतास जिला मुख्यालय सासाराम से महज 12 किलोमीटर दूर मध्य विद्यालय सेमरा की कुछ तस्वीरें सामने आई है! जो आप देख कर चौक जाइएगा ! जी हां एक तरफ जहां सुब्बे के मुखिया नीतीश कुमार ने सरकारी विद्यालयों में शिक्षा ग्रहण करने के लिए छात्र छात्राओं को बेहतर सुविधा मुहैया कराने की बात कहते हैं! तो वहीं दूसरी तरफ शिक्षा दीक्षा ग्रहण करने के लिए स्कूली बच्चे अपने विद्यालय के मंदिर में पहुंचते हैं! ताकि उन्हें अपने उज्जवल भविष्य की मंजिल तक पहुंच सके ! लेकिन कुछ ऐसी ही तस्वीर सामने आई है ! जहां की मध्य विद्यालय सेमरा के प्रांगण में स्कूली बच्चों को मजदूरी कराने पर भी बिबस किया गया है ! आप इस तस्वीर में साफ तौर से देख सकते हैं कि जिन बच्चों ने शिक्षा ग्रहण करने अपने विद्यालय के प्रांगण में पहुंचते ही हैं तभी प्रधानाध्यापक के निर्देश पर मजबूर छात्र ईटा ढोकर विद्यालय के प्रांगण को सुंदरीकरण कराया जा रहा है! दरअसल यह हम नहीं बल्कि तस्वीर ही कुछ अलग बयां कर रही है ! इस मामले को लेकर जब पत्रकारों ने प्रधानाध्यापक से सवाल किया कि आखिर क्या मजबूरी रही कि बच्चों को मजदूर बनाया जा रहा है! तो उन्होंने साफ तौर से कैमरे के सामने कुछ भी कहने से इंकार कर रहे हैं ! अब देखना यह होगा कि बिहार में शिक्षा को लेकर जिस तरह से सरकार सक्रियता दिखाती है !वहीं दूसरी तरफ सरकारी विद्यालय में छात्र का भविष्य अंधकार दिखते नजर आ रहा है! क्योंकि जब बच्चे अपने भविष्य के लिए घर से निकलते हैं! और विद्यालय के मंदिर परिसर में शिक्षा ग्रहण करने पहुंचते हैं तो शायद उन्हें यह पता नहीं होता कि मुझसे गुरु दक्षिणा के रूप में मजदूरी भी कराया जाएगा!

एंकर जिला मुख्यालय सासाराम में सरकार के निर्देशानुसार विगत कई वर्षों से प्राइवेट नेट बैंकिंग कंपनियों के द्वारा उपभोक्ताओं के पैसे भुगतान करने को लेकर कलेक्ट्रेट परिसर में लोगों का जमावड़ा शुरू हो गया है गौरतलब है कि रोहतास जिले में विगत कई वर्षों से प्राइवेट नन बैंकिंग कंपनियों के द्वारा उपभोक्ताओं से पैसा वसूली किया जा रहा था जिसे कई नई बैंकिंग कंपनियों ने उपभोक्ताओं को चूना लगाकर नौ दो ग्यारह हो गए जिससे कि जिला वासियों में हड़कंप मच गया था इस बाबत सरकार ने शिकंजा कसते हुए नन बैंकिंग कंपनियों को पैसे भुगतान के लिए कई दिशा निर्देश दिए हैं जिसको लेकर सासाराम के कलेक्ट्रेट परिसर में जिला अधिकारी कार्यालय में पैसे भुगतान को लेकर जिले के तमाम इलाकों के लोगों ने फार्म भर कर पैसे की मांग कर रहे हैं आपको बताते चलें कि विगत कई वर्षों से धर्मों के द्वारा नन बैंकिंग कंपनियों में पैसा जमा किया गया था लेकिन सरकार ने नेट बैंकिंग पर अंकुश लगाकर बंद कर दिया जिससे की आम और खास लोगों की मोटी रकम नन बैंकिंग संस्थान जमा कराया गया था बरहाल सरकार के आदेश निर्गत होने के बाद लोगों ने राहत की सांस ली है इस दौरान कलेक्ट्रेट परिसर में जिले के तमाम इलाकों से पहुंचे बीमा धारकों ने अपने पैसे की मांग को लेकर फार्म भरकर पैसे की भुगतान के लिए इकट्ठा हुए अब देखना यह होगा कि क्या सरकार के द्वारा नन बैंकिंग कंपनियों पर शिकंजा कसने के बाद लोगों को मूल रूप से पैसे के भुगतान करने में कितना सक्रिय होगा यह तो आने वाला वक्त ही बताएगा फिलहाल लोगों की आश उम्मीद और विश्वास सरकार पर टिकी हुई है
