A case of misuse of government cement brought for the construction work has come to light in the primary school established in Tikru Gram Panchayat of Joginder Nagar sub-division. Deepa Kumari, a resident of Ward No. 5 of the panchayat, has accused the panchayat head that cement was brought by her for plastering and construction of drains in the primary school. But this cement was not fully utilized on the job.
