प्रदेश सरकार जरूरतमंदों के लिए तरह-तरह की योजनाएं संचालित कर लोगों को लाभान्वित कर रही है तो वही संतकबीरनगर में जरूरतमंदों को योजना का लाभ नहीं मिल रहा, लोगों से बेलहर विकासखंड क्षेत्र के लोहरौली शुक्ल के प्रधान ने योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए वसूली की और अब तक उनको आवास योजना का लाभ नहीं मिला, जिससे जरूरतमंदों में व्यापक आक्रोश व्याप्त है। ग्रामीणों ने प्रधान के प्रति प्रदर्शन करते हुए आरोप लगाया कि प्रधान ने आवास दिलाने के नाम पर उनसे भारी-भरकम धन वसूली किया और उन्हें योजना का लाभ नहीं दिला रहे हैं, प्रदर्शन कर रहे ग्रामीण महिलाओं का कहना है कि वह योजना के पात्र हैं लेकिन अपात्रों को योजना का लाभ दिया जा रहा है जबकि उनसे आवास योजना का लाभ दिलाने के लिए ग्राम प्रधान ने धन वसूली किया और अब उन्हें अपात्र करके अपात्रों को योजना का लाभ दिया जा रहा है ऐसे में ग्रामीणों में रोष व्याप्त है। प्रदर्शन कर रही ग्रामीण महिलाओं की मांग है कि उन्हें जल्द से जल्द आवास योजना मुहैया कराया जाए और धन वसूली करने वाले प्रधान के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई हो।

संतकबीरनगर के छितरापार गांव में बुजुर्ग की हत्या के मामले में पुलिस ने तत्परता दिखाते हुए अभियुक्ततो को गिरफ्तार किया तो वही निर्दोष व्यक्ति को भी पुलिस ने नहीं बख्शा, घटनास्थल से लगभग 3 किलोमीटर दूरी पर स्थित खटियावा गांव के धर्मेंद्र कुमार यादव को पुलिस नें गिरफ्तार किया है, जिससे नाराज परिजनों के साथ ग्रामीणों ने एसपी कार्यालय पर पहुंचकर पुलिस के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन किया और इंसाफ की मांग की।
पुलिस के आला अधिकारी अपनी वाहवाही लेने में जरा भी पीछे नहीं रहते, इसी वाहवाही लेने के चक्कर में पुलिस ने निर्दोष व्यक्ति को अभियुक्त बना दिया है और उसे गिरफ्तार किया गया, दरअसल बीते बृहस्पतिवार को दुधारा थाना क्षेत्र के छितरापार गांव में जमीनी विवाद को लेकर दो पक्षों में लाठी-डंडे चले. जिसमें 60 वर्षीय बुजुर्ग कपिल देव की हत्या हो गई। मामले की जानकारी होते ही एसपी समेत भारी पुलिस फोर्स पहुंची और आनन-फानन में अभियुक्तों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया, लेकिन सुर्खियों में रहने वाली पुलिस हत्या के मामले में खटियावा गांव के धर्मेंद्र कुमार यादव को फर्जी मुलजिम बना कर उसे सलाखों के पीछे भेज दिया है, और अपनी वाहवाही ले रही है, अब वही पुलिस मित्र की कार्यप्रणाली से ग्रामीणों में खासा आक्रोश है तो परिजन परेशान. परिजनों के साथ ग्रामीणों ने एसपी कार्यालय पर पुलिस के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन कर इंसाफ मांगा है। वही पुलिस की इस कार्रवाई से सवाल उठ रहे हैं, और पुलिस की कार्यप्रणाली संदेह के घेरे में है। लेकिन अब देखना यह होगा कि इस पीड़ित परिवार को न्याय कब मिलेगा क्योंकि न्याय देने वाले ही सवालों के घेरे में हैं।

सदर विधायक अंकुर राज तिवारी ने कहा कि हमारे यहां परीक्षा के लिए एक शब्द कसौटी है, अर्थात खुद को कसना है। ऐसा नहीं है परीक्षा आखिरी मौका है बल्कि परीक्षा तो एक प्रकार से एक लंबी जिंदगी जीने के लिए अपने आपको कसने का एक उत्तम अवसर है। कार्यक्रम में जिले के तीनो विधायक व स्कूल के प्रबंधन टीम मौजूद रही।

यूपी में स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त करने के लिए भले ही डिप्टी सीएम ने कमान संभाल रखी हो लेकिन लापरवाह कर्मी है कि सुधरने का नाम नहीं ले रहे ताजा मामला संतकबीरनगर से सामने आया है जहां लापरवाही सामने आने के बाद सीएमएस ने सांसद को इस्तीफा दे दिया, क्या है पूरा मामला रिपोर्ट देखिए...दरअसल मंगलवार की रात को सड़क दुर्घटना में दो किशोर की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई तो वही लेड़ुआ गांव का 16 वर्षीय अर्जुन घायल हो गया। मौके पर पहुंची एंबुलेंस ने घायल को अस्पताल न ले जाकर रास्ते में ही कूड़े के ढेर में फेंक दिया... घायल पूरी रात तड़पता रहा... उधर परिजन घायल की तलाश करते रहे... सुबह जब परिजनों को जानकारी हुई तो घायल अर्जुन को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया। मामले की जानकारी होते ही जिले के सदर विधायक अंकुर राज तिवारी और मेहदावल विधायक अनिल त्रिपाठी के साथ सांसद प्रवीण निषाद जिला अस्पताल पहुंचे। घायल युवक के उपचार में लापरवाही का मामला सामने आने पर जनप्रतिनिधियों ने नाराजगी जाहिर तो जिला अस्पताल के सीएमएस डॉ. महेश प्रसाद ने सांसद को इस्तीफा दे दिया।
सवाल यह उठता है जिम्मेदार अपनी जिम्मेदारियों को कब समझेंगे और अगर जनप्रतिनिधि सवाल करेंगे तो क्या जिम्मेदार इसी तरह अपना पल्ला झाड़ कर इस्तीफा देंगे या फिर अपने कार्यों में सुधार लाएंगे, सवाल तो बहुत हैं लेकिन स्वास्थ्य विभाग की लचर व्यवस्था की पोल तो यहां खुल ही गई है लेकिन अब देखना होगा कि जिम्मेदार कब सबक लेंगे और लोगों को बेहतर इलाज मिल पाएगा या फिर मनमानी जारी रहेगा।

संतकबीरनगर के जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय परिसर में बने हाईटेक वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग सभागार और सभाकक्ष का उद्घाटन बस्ती मंडल के मंडलायुक्त योगेश्वर राम मिश्रा के द्वारा किया गया, बता दें कि प्रदेश का पहला ऐसा हाईटेक वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग और सभागार कक्ष डीएम प्रेम रंजन सिंह के पहल पर बना है, उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम के दौरान जिलाधिकारी प्रेम रंजन सिंह एसपी सत्यजीत गुप्ता सीडीओ संत कुमार ने गौतम बुद्ध की प्रतिमा भेंट वेट किया। जिलाधिकारी प्रेम रंजन सिंह के बेहतर कार्य को देखते हुए मंडलायुक्त योगेश्वर राम मिश्रा ने जिलाधिकारी की पीठ थपथपाई कर बधाई दी।
बी.ओ.- बताते चलें कि यह यूपी का पहला ऐसा हाईटेक वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग सभागार और सभाकक्ष बनाया गया है, वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग सभागार में अधिक से अधिक लोगों को बैठने की व्यवस्था हाईटेक कुर्सियां और डिजिटल व्यवस्थाओं से सुसज्जित किया गया है, इसी तरह सभागार कक्ष को महान सूफी संत कबीर दास के नाम से कबीर सभागार बनाया गया है जिसमें लगभग ढाई सौ लोगों को बैठने की व्यापक व्यवस्था और डिजिटल व्यवस्थाओं से सुसज्जित किया गया है, इस सभा कक्ष में होने वाली कार्यशाओं का बेहतर आनंद ले सकेंगे और बेहतर सुविधाएं भी उपलब्ध है। इसे बनाने में लगभग ढाई महीने लगे। इस कार्यशाला के उद्घाटन के अवसर पर जिले डीएम प्रेम रंजन सिंह, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी संत कुमार, एसपी सत्यजीत गुप्ता, एडीएम मनोज कुमार सिंह, एसपी संतोष कुमार सिंह समेत जिले के आला अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
