सीबीआई ने नरेला जोन में कार्यरत कनिष्ठ अभियंता कुलभूषण जिंदल को रिश्वत लेते हुए रंगे हाथों गिरफ्तार किया है। जिसे रोहिणी स्थित सीबीआई कोर्ट में पेश किया गया। अदालत ने उसे एक दिसंबर तक के लिए न्यायिक हिरासत में जेल भेज दिया।
सीबीआई को शिकायत मिली कि कनिष्ठ अभियंता ने एक व्यक्ति से उसकी जमीन पर बने निर्माण को न गिराने के एवज में दो लाख रिश्वत की मांग की थी। जिसके आधार पर सीबीआई की टीम ने अभियंता की घेराबंदी की। अभियंता जब शुक्रवार को शिकायत कर्ता से रिश्वत के पैसे ले रहा था तो उसे तुरंत गिरफ्तार करते हुए उससे रिश्वत के रूप में लिए 75 हजार रुपये भी बरामद किए।
सीबीआई ने दिल्ली नगर निगम नरेला जोन में कार्यरत कनिष्ठ अभियंता जेई कुलभूषण को पचहतर हजार रुपये रिश्वत लेते हुए गिरफ्तार किया है। शुक्रवार को सीबीआई ने आरोपी के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार का मामला दर्ज कर उसे अदालत में पेश किया। जहां से उसे न्यायिक हिरासत में जेल भेज दिया गया। आरोपी ने एक कारोबारी से उसकी निर्माणाधीन फैक्टरी को ना तोड़ने के एवज में दो लाख रुपये रिश्वत की मांग की थी।
सूत्रों का कहना है कि नरेला स्थित डीएसआईडीसी औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में पंजाबी बाग एंक्लेव में रहने वाले एक कारोबारी की फैक्टरी का निर्माण चल रहा था। नरेला जोन के जेई कुलभूषण उनके ऑफिस पहुंचे और कहा कि वह अवैध निर्माण नहीं कर सकते। बातचीत में उन्होंने दो लाख रुपये रिश्वत मांगी।
