नोटबंदी के बाद पूर देश में कोहराम मचा हुआ है। बैंकों और एटीएम के बाहर लंबी-लंबी कतारों में खड़े लोग पैसे पाने के लिए जद्दोजहद कर रहे हैं। बैंकों में भीड़ कम करने के लिए सरकार ने एक और थोड़ी राहत देने वाला फैसला किया है...आर्थिक मामलों के सचिव शक्तिकांत दास ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर बताया है कि ‘जैसी स्याही वोटिंग के वक्त उंगली में लगाई जाती है वैसी ही स्याही अब नोट बदलवाने के बाद भी लगाई जाएगी. इस स्याही को आसानी से हटाया नहीं जा सकेगा..इससे ये फायदा होगा कि एक व्यक्ति बार-बार लाइन में नहीं लगेगा और उसकी पहचान आसानी से हो पाएगी. सरकार का कहना है कि कई जगह ये देखने को मिला है कि एक ही व्यक्ति अलग-अलग बैंक में जाकर पैसे एक्सचेंज करा रहा है. इसे देखते हुए ये कदम उठाया गया है. वित्त सचिव ने ये भी कहा है कि जनधन खातों का गलत इस्तेमाल ना हो इसपर भी सरकार की नजर है. साथ ही खुल्ले पैसों की परेशानी ना हो इसलिए सरकार ने मंदिर और ट्रस्टों से छुट्टे पैसे बैंकों में जमा करने को कहा है। वहीं आज से एटीएम और बैंकों से लोगों को 500 रुपये का नोट मिलने लगेगा. इससे पहले लोगों को 100 या 2000 का नोट ही मिल रहा था। 2000 रुपए के नोट को खुल्ला करवाने की समस्या के चलते लोगों को ख़रीदारी करने में दिक्कत आ रही है...वहीं एक और राहत देने वाली खबर ये भी है कि दिल्ली में कल शुरू हुए अंतर्राष्ट्रीय व्यापार मेले में पुराने नोटों का इस्तेमाल आप कर सकते हैं... मेले में देशी और विदेशी कारोबारी बिना किसी झिझक के 500 व 1000 के नोट स्वीकार कर रहे हैं

बैंकों में बार-बार पुराने नोट बदलवाने वालों पर रोक लगाने के लिए केंद्र सरकार वोट वाली स्याही का इस्तेमाल कर रही है... लेकिन अब केंद्र सरकार को अपना ये फैसला बदलना पड़ सकता है...क्योंकि चुनाव आयोग ने स्याही के इस्तेमाल पर जरूरी सावधानी बरतने को कहा है। आयोग ने वित्त मंत्रालय को पत्र लिखकर कहा है कि वे निर्वाचन आयोग की अनुमति के बिना चुनाव के काम आने वाली अमिट स्याही प्रयोग न करें। स्याही का इस्तेमाल होता है तो जरूरी सावधानी बरती जाए..खासतौर पर बाएं हाथ की तर्जनी पर स्याही न लगाई जाएं... दरअसल शनिवार को चार लोकसभा और आठ विधानसभा सीटों पर उपचुनाव होने है,,,ऐसे में चुनाव आयोग का कहना है कि अगर लोगों की उंगली पर अभी स्याही लगेगी, तो चुनाव के दौरान समस्या पैदा होगी... चुनावों में इसका दुरुपयोग हो सकता है। इससे आयोग की निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी चुनाव कराने की नीति पर पानी फिर सकता है...आपको बता दें कि जिन संसदीय सीटों पर उपचुनाव होनी है उनमें असम की लखीमपुर संसदीय सीट, मध्यप्रदेश की शहडोल सीट...और पश्चिम बंगाल की कूचबिहार और तामलुक सीटें है। इसके साथ ही असम, अरुणाचल प्रदेश, मध्य प्रदेश, पश्चिम बंगाल, तमिलनाडु, पुड्डुचेरी और त्रिपुरा की दो सीटों सहित आठ विधानसभा सीटों पर उपचुनाव होंगे। लखीमपुर लोकसभा सीट सर्बानंद सोनोवाल के छोड़ने से खाली हुई थी। सोनोवाल अभी असम के मुख्यमंत्री हैं।..इन चुनावों की मतगणना 22 नवंबर को होगी।

ये हैं शर्तें
1.आप अपने अकाउंट से ढाई लाख रुपए तभी निकाल सकते हैं, अगर आपके अकाउंट में यह पैसा 8 नवम्बर से पहले जमा हुआ हो।
2. शादी के लिए ढाई लाख रुपए आप तभी निकाल पाएंगे, जब शादी 30 दिसंबर या उससे पहले हो।
3. अकाउंट से पैसा दूल्हा-दुल्हन या उनके माता-पिता ही निकाल पाएंगे।
4. वर-वधु पक्ष अलग-अलग 2.5 लाख रुपए निकाल सकते हैं।
