ബിഷപ്പ് ഫ്രാങ്കോ മുളയ്ക്കൽ ലൈംഗികമായി പീഡിപ്പിച്ചെന്ന്‌ പരാതിനൽകിയ കന്യാസ്ത്രീക്ക്‌ പിന്തുണനൽകി സമരത്തിനിറങ്ങിയ സിസ്റ്റർ അനുപമ ഉൾപ്പെടെ നാലു കന്യാസ്ത്രീകളെ സ്ഥലംമാറ്റിജലന്ധറിലെ സുപ്പീരിയർ ജനറലാണ് ഉത്തരവുനൽകിയത്‌. മൂന്നുപേരെ വിവിധ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലേക്കും ഒരാളെ കണ്ണൂരിലേക്കുമാണ് മാറ്റിയത്. പരാതിക്കാരി കുറവിലങ്ങാട്ടെ മഠത്തിൽ തുടരും. കഴിഞ്ഞ സെപ്റ്റംബറിലാണ് കേസിൽ നീതി ലഭിക്കണമെന്നാവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് അഞ്ച്‌ കന്യാസ്ത്രീകളുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ കൊച്ചിയിൽ സമരം നടത്തിയത്.
സിസ്റ്റർമാരായ ആൽഫിക്കും ജോസഫീനും കഴിഞ്ഞ ഏഴാം തീയതിയും അനുപമയ്ക്കും ആൻസിറ്റയ്ക്കും ചൊവ്വാഴ്ചയുമാണ്‌ ഉത്തരവുകിട്ടിയത്‌. സിസ്റ്റർ അനുപമയ്ക്ക് പഞ്ചാബിലെ അമൃത്‌സറിലേക്കാണ്‌ മാറ്റം. സിസ്റ്റർ ആൻസിറ്റയെ കണ്ണൂർ പരിയാരത്തേക്കും സിസ്റ്റർ ആൽഫിയെ ബിഹാറിലേക്കും സിസ്റ്റർ ജോസഫീനെ ജാർഖണ്ഡിലേക്കുമാണ്‌ മാറ്റിയത്. എത്രയും പെട്ടെന്ന്‌ എത്തണമെന്നാണ്‌ രജിസ്റ്റേഡ് തപാലിൽവന്ന കത്തിലുള്ളത്.
സിസ്റ്റർ അനുപമ പഞ്ചാബിലെ ഗുരുദാസ്‌പുരിലെ മഠത്തിൽനിന്നാണ്‌ കന്യാസ്ത്രീക്ക്‌ പിന്തുണനൽകാൻ കുറവിലങ്ങാട്ടെത്തിയത്.ബിഹാറിൽ സുപ്പീരിയർ സ്ഥാനം വഹിച്ചിരുന്ന സിസ്റ്റർ ആൽഫിയോട്‌ തിരിച്ചെത്താനാണ്‌ നിർദേശം.
ഇവർക്കൊപ്പംനിന്ന സിസ്റ്റർ നീനാ റോസിനെ മാറ്റിയിട്ടില്ല.നാലുപേർക്കും 2018 മാർച്ചിൽ സ്ഥലംമാറ്റ ഉത്തരവു നൽകിയിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ, നിയമനം ലഭിച്ച മഠങ്ങളിലേക്ക്‌ പോകാതെ പരാതിക്കാരിയായ കന്യാസ്ത്രീക്ക്‌ പിന്തുണനൽകുന്നതിന് നാലുപേരും കുറവിലങ്ങാട്ടെത്തുകയായിരുന്നു. ബിഷപ്പിനെതിരേ സമരംചെയ്തത്‌ തെറ്റാണെന്നും പഴയ ഉത്തരവ് പാലിക്കണമെന്നുമുള്ള മുന്നറിയിപ്പ്‌ കത്തിലുണ്ടെന്ന്‌ സിസ്റ്റർ അനുപമ പറഞ്ഞു.
കേസുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട്‌ കോട്ടയം ജില്ലയിലെ വിവിധ കോടതികളിൽ കന്യാസ്ത്രീകൾ രഹസ്യമൊഴി നൽകിയിരുന്നു.2018 ജൂൺ 27-നാണ്‌ ബിഷപ്പ് പീഡിപ്പിച്ചതായി കാണിച്ച്‌ കന്യാസ്ത്രീ കോട്ടയം ജില്ലാ പോലീസ്‌ മേധാവി ഹരിശങ്കറിന്‌ പരാതി നൽകിയത്‌. കേസിൽ ഫ്രാങ്കോ മുളയ്ക്കലിനെ സെപ്റ്റംബർ 21-ന്‌ അറസ്റ്റുചെയ്തു. ഒക്ടോബറിൽ ജാമ്യത്തിലിറങ്ങിയ ഫ്രാങ്കോ ജലന്ധറിലേക്ക്‌ മടങ്ങി. കഴിഞ്ഞയാഴ്ചയാണ്‌ കേസിൽ സ്പെഷ്യൽ പ്രോസിക്യൂട്ടറെ നിയമിച്ചത്‌.ബിഷപ്പ് ഫ്രാങ്കോയ്ക്കെതിരായ
