समाजवादी पार्टी का चुनाव चिन्ह साइकिल किसका होगा और कौन करेगा साइकिल की सवारी.. ये जानने के लिए अभी आपको और इंतजार करना पड़ेगा...क्योंकि चुनाव आयोग आज दिनभर चली सुनवाई के बाद फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया है....इससे पहले आज चुनाव आयोग में दिन भर गहमा गहमी रही....मुलायम और अखिलेश गुट ने करीब साढ़े पांच घंटे चली सुनवाई के दौरान अपना अपना पक्ष रखा। अखिलेश की तरफ से कपिल सिब्बल ने विधायकों और सांसदों के समर्थन का दावा किया। सुनवाई के बाद आयोग ने कहा है कि वो चुनाव चिह्न पर जल्द अपना फैसला सुनाएगा...इधर, पार्टी पर कब्जे को लेकर मुलायम सिंह यादव ने चुनाव आयोग में कड़ा रुख अख्तियार किया.. उन्होंने साफ कहा कि पार्टी में कोई मतभेद नहीं है और अगर कोई मतभेद है तो उसे वो जल्द ही दूर कर लेंगे। मुलायम ने ये भी कहा कि चुनाव चिह्न साइकिल को लेकर भी पार्टी में दो राय नहीं है। हालांकि, मुलायम सिंह ने एक जनवरी को बुलाए गए अधिवेशन को असंवैधानिक बताया है। साथ ही अधिवेशन में लिए गए फैसले को भी असंवैधानिक करार दिया है...इससे पहले 'साइकिल' पर दावेदारी को लेकर मुलायम ने आज खुद चुनाव आयोग पहुंचकर अपना पक्ष रखा। इस दौरान मुलायम के साथ अंबिका चौधरी और शिवपाल यादव चुनाव आयोग के दफ्तर में मौजूद थे।

The court asked the parties concerned to suggest the name of a mediator or panel of mediators.
