In Bilaspur, Hindu Parishad and Hindu organizations took out a fury rally from College Chowk to DC office via Chetna Chowk amid heavy rain in connection with the murder of Manohar in Chamba. During this, a lot of sloganeering was also done. This rally was taken out under the aegis of State General Secretary of Hindu Jagran Manch Kamal Gautam and various Hindu organizations. On the other hand, Kamal Gautam has bluntly said that the accused in the Manohar murder case should be heard in the fast trial court and those culprits should be hanged as soon as possible.
