- डीएनडी टोल टैक्स मामले को लेकर कंपनी ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया है..इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के टोल फ्री करने के फैसले पर रोक लगाने की मांग को लेकर निर्माता कंपनी ने उच्चतम न्यायालय में यचिका दाखिल की है...दरअसल इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने बुधवार को एक अहम फैसला देते हुए दिल्ली-नोएडा डीएनडी फ्लाई ओवर को टोल-फ्री करने का आदेश दिया था. टोल वसूली के खिलाफ दाखिल जनहित याचिका पर यह फैसला आया. इस मामले में कई संगठनों ने प्रदर्शन किया था और कोर्ट में याचिकाएं दायर की थीं...आपको बता दें कि डीएनडी से हर दिन दो लाख गाड़ियां गुजरती हैं. फरवरी 2001 से यह फ्लाईओवर शुरू हुआ था. संगठनों का आरोप था कि 2000 करोड़ से ज्यादा की वसूली हुई है. इस दौरान टोल टैक्स बढ़कर करीब पांच गुना हुआ. अदालत ने लंबी बहस के बाद 8 अगस्त को निर्णय सुरक्षित कर लिया था. फ्लाईओवर बनाने का खर्च 407 करोड़ आया. संविदा की तय शर्तों के अनुसार कंपनी 2001 से टोल वसूली कर रही है और लागत बढ़कर पांच हजार करोड़ हो गई है

DND पर आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अहम फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा कि टोल फिलहाल फ्री रहेगा. कोर्ट ने CAG को ऑडिट करने को कहा है कि प्रोजेक्ट बनाने में कितना खर्च आया और कंपनी कितना पैसा वसूल चुकी है. DND टोल फ्री करने के इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के फैसले पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अंतरिम आदेश जारी किया है. इससे पहले कोर्ट ने हाईकोर्ट के फैसले पर अंतरिम रोक लगाने से मना कर दिया था. सुनवाई के दौरान चीफ जस्टिस टीएस ठाकुर ने सख्त टिप्पणी करते हुए यह भी कहा था कि 10 किलोमीटर की सड़क को ऐसे बता रहे हैं, जैसे चांद तक की सड़क बनाई हो. कोर्ट ने सुनवाई के दौरान नोएडा अथॉरिटी को भी फटकार लगाई थी और कहा था कि आप लोगों के साथ हैं या टोल कंपनी के साथ? लगता है कि अथॉरिटी इस मामले में गंभीर नहीं है. वहीं कंपनी की ओर से अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने कहा था कि यह प्रोजेक्ट 19 सौ इक्यानवें से –बानवे का है जब कंपनियां देश में आने को तैयार नहीं थीं. 19 सौ सत्तानवे में MOU साइन हुआ. 2001 में यह शुरू हुआ. पिछले छह साल से कंपनी घाटे में चल रही है. शर्त के मुताबिक, 20 फीसदी सालाना इंटरनल रेट ऑफ रिटर्न यानी IRR मिलना चाहिए या यह कॉन्ट्रेक्ट 30 साल चलेगा. हम इसकी जांच CAG या किसी एजेंसी से कराने को तैयार हैं...आपको बता दें कि इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने एक अहम फैसला देते हुए दिल्ली-नोएडा डीएनडी फ्लाई ओवर को टोल-फ्री करने का आदेश दिया था.

दिल्ली से नोएडा और नोएडा से दिल्ली सफर करने वालों के लिए एक बार फिर अच्छी खबर है। क्योंकि DND फिलहाल टोल फ्री रहेगा। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने CAG को टोल कंपनी के खातों की जांच के लिए 8 हफ्ते का और वक्त दिया है. दरअसल, DND टोल टैक्स मामले को लेकर आज उच्चतम न्यायालय में सुनवाई हुई थी। इस दौरान CAG ने कोर्ट को बताया कि अभी रिपोर्ट तैयार नहीं हुई है, कुछ वक्त और चाहिए। पिछली सुनवाई में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने CAG को कंपनी के खातों की जांच कर रिपोर्ट दाखिल करने को कहा था. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आदेश दिया था कि CAG बताए कि टोल बनाने में कितना खर्च आया और कंपनी अब तक कितना टोल वसूल चुकी है.

डबल ए न्यूज़ की खबर का असर हटाई गई फ्लाईओवर के ऊपर बनी मजार। जुलाई दो हजार तेईस में भी डबल ए न्यूज़ ने उठाया था इस अवैध मजार का मुद्दा।
आजादपुर फ्लाईओवर के ऊपर बनी अवैध मजार को हटाया गया। प्रशासन ने कार्रवाई करते हुए रात में इस मजार को हटा दिया और सुबह वहां रोड को ठीक करने का काम शुरू किया गया। रोड की मरम्मत करके ट्रैफिक को सुचारू रूप से चलाया जा रहा है। मजार को गिराए जाने के बाद राहगीरों व स्थानीय निवासियों ने प्रशासन का धन्यवाद किया।
दरअसल मजार की वजह से फ़्लाईओवर का हिस्सा संकरा हो गया था और काफी लंबा जाम लगता था। अब कहीं ना कहीं जाम में कुछ जरूर राहत मिलेगी। इस तरह से सड़कों के ऊपर और यहां तक की फ्लाईओवर के ऊपर भी धार्मिक स्थलों का बन जाना कहीं ना कहीं लोगों के लिए दिक्कत पैदा करता है। जरूरत है इस तरह के अवैध एंक्रोचमेंट हटाए जाने चाहिए चाहे किसी भी धर्म के एंक्रोचमेंट हो । फिलहाल इस मजार को हटाए जाने के बाद स्थानीय लोगों व राहगीरों ने राहत की सांस ली है।
