उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ से करप्शन (Corruption) का एक मामला सामने आया है. यहां लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण (Lucknow Development Authority) में भ्रष्टाचार का एक और मामला उजागर हुआ है. यहां अधिकारी और बिल्डर की मिलीभगत से भ्रष्टाचार की एक बहुमंजिला इमारत खड़ी हो गई. बताया जा रहा है यहां एलडीए ने 104 करोड़ रुपये से कूड़े के ढेर पर एक 9 मंजिला अपार्टमेंट बना दिया. इस इमारत के निर्माण में कई नियमों की अनदेखी की गई. फिलहाल, यह मामला पूरे प्रदेश में चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है.

लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण यानी LDA में जनसुनवाई के दौरान एक बुजुर्ग के साथ बदसलूकी का मामला सामने आया है. गोमती नगर के विपिन खण्ड स्थित प्राधिकरण भवन में प्राधिकरण दिवस/जनता अदालत के दौरान एक बुजुर्ग फरियादी को अधिकारी डी के सिंह ने थप्पड़ जड़ डाला है. जनता अदालत के दौरान किसी बात को लेकर बुजुर्ग फरियादी और प्राधिकरण के अफसर डीके सिंह के बीच काफी कहासुनी हो गई थी. इसी दौरान एलडीए अफसर डीके सिंह ने आपा खोते हुए बुजुर्ग पर 2 थप्पड़ जड़ दिए जिसके बाद काफी हंगामा हुआ. फिर अफसरों ने किसी बुजुर्ग फरियादी को शांत कराया.वहीं लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण के अफसर के बेलगाम के इस रवैये को देखते हुए एलडीए वीसी पर कई तरह के सवाल उठ रहे हैं. एलीडी वीसी से प्राधिकरण नहीं संभल रहा है, वहीं लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण के उपाध्यक्ष डॉ. इन्द्रमणि त्रिपाठी प्राधिकरण चलाने में नाकाम साबित हो रहे हैं. क्योंकि जनता अदालत के दौरान समस्याओं की सुनवाई की जगह फरियादियों को थपड़ मिल रहा हैं. वहीं इस पूरे मामले को लेकर समाजवादी पार्टी ने भी हमला बोला है.
समाजवादी पार्टी के मीडिया सेल की तरफ से इस मामले का वीडियो ट्वीट किया गया है. सपा मीडिया सेल ने ट्वीट करके लिखा- 'LDA समेत यूपी के समस्त विकास प्राधिकरण भ्रष्टाचार और गुंडई का अड्डा बन चुके हैं. योगी जी आपके राज में आपके विभाग में बुजुर्ग को थप्पड़ मारकर शर्मनाक गुंडाराज और भ्रष्टाचार चल रहा है. आपके ही मंत्री केशव प्रसाद मौर्य ने भी पूर्व में आपके विभाग में भ्रष्टाचार का मुद्दा उठाया था याद है ?' वहीं इस मामले को बढ़ता देख बुजुर्ग फरियादी को एलडीए VC इंद्रमणि त्रिपाठी ने अपने कक्ष में बुलाकर पूरे मामले को जाना. इसके बाद बुजुर्ग से पूरे मामले की जानकारी लेकर उनकी समस्याओं का हल करने का उन्हें भरोसा दिया.

एलडीए ने अतीक अहमद के करीबी बिल्डर मोहम्मद मुस्लिम के खिलाफ कार्रवाई तेज कर दी हैं। एलडीए की टीम ने मंगलवार को शारदानगर में अवैध रूप से बना तीन मंजिला बैंक्वेट हॉल सील किया। जोन-2 के जोनल अधिकारी देवांश त्रिवेदी के अनुसार शारदानगर के रतनखंड में माधुरी पाण्डेय के भूखण्ड संख्या-1/185 पर मोहम्मद मुस्लिम ने बेसमेंट के साथ ही तीन मंजिला बैंक्वेट बनवाया था। अवैध निर्माण की शिकायत पर नोटिस जारी करते हुए नक्शे समेत अन्य दस्तावेज तलब किए गए थे। इसके बावजूद आरोपितों ने दस्तावेज जमा नहीं करवाए।

राजधानी लखनऊ के गोमतीनगर अंर्तगत जनेश्वर मिश्र पार्क में सोमवार को एक बार फिर बड़ी लापरवाही सामने आई है । जहाँ पार्क की झील में 6 साल के कृष्णा की डूबने से मौत हो गई थी । जिसके बाद मंगलवार को पार्क के सुरक्षा कर्मियों और एलडी पर लापरवाही का आरोप लगाते हुए परिजनों ने मृतक कृष्णा के शव को पार्क के गेट के सामने रख प्रदर्शन किया और मुआवजे की मांग की । वही मौके पर पहुंचे एलडीए के अधिकारी और पुलिस अधिकारियो ने पीड़ित परिवार को मदद का भरोसा दिलाया और नाराज लोगो को शांत कराया ।आपको बता दें कल झील में नहाते वक्त कृष्णा की डूबने से मौत हो गई थी । जहाँ करीब 2 से 3 बच्चे झील में नहाने गए थे उसी दौरान 6 साल का कृष्णा की पार्क की झील में नहाते समय डूब गया । आनन-फानन में जिसके बाद जानकारी होने पर पार्क के सुरक्षा कर्मी उसे इलाज के लिए अस्पताल ले गए जहाँ डाक्टरों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया । परिजनो का आरोप था की सुरक्षा गार्डों की लापरवाही के चलते हादसा हुआ है । वही इस मामले को लेकर एलडीए और पार्क के सुरक्षा कर्मी चुप्पी साधे रहे । फिलहाल एलडीए और पुलिस जांच की बात कह रहे है । वही पार्क में आगे से ऐसी कोई घटना न हो इसके लिए सख्त कदम उठाय जायेंगे ।
