कर समाप्त करने बाबत हम सांसदगण निवेदन करते हैं कि जिला कबीरधाम में मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल कांग्रेस सरकार के दबाव में पुलिस प्रशासन द्वारा कानून का दुरूपयोग कर छत्तीसगढ़ के भाजपा के सांसद नेताओं और कार्यकर्ताओं के उपर बदले की भावना को लेकर झूठा, असाथ मनगढ़ आरोपित कर अनेक धारा लगाकर अपराध दर्ज किया गया है। पुलिस प्रशासन की इस दुर्भावनावश कृत्य से छत्तीसगढ़ कलकित हुआ है।
पुलिस प्रशासन द्वारा किये गये षड़यंत्र और साजिश का उजागर निन्न तथ्यों से स्पष्ट होता है। सांसद श्री संतोष पांडेय, पूर्व सांसद श्री अभिषेक सिंह सहित अन्य भाजपा नेताओं, कार्यकर्ताओं को फरार घोषित करना निंदनीय है। 1.
2 उप पुलिस अधिक्षक कबीरधान के द्वारा तहसीलदार कवर्धा को पत्र लिखकर सांसद श्री संतोष पांडेय, पूर्व सांसद श्री अभिषेक सिंह सहित अन्य भाजपा नेताओं को फरार बताकर उनके चल-अचल सम्पत्ति की जानकारी मांगना अनुचित है। सांसद और अन्य नेतागण जनप्रतिनिधि होने के नाते लगातार शासकीय बैठकों और क्षेत्र के दौरे पर रहते हैं। फिर भी पुलिस प्रशासन द्वारा फरार घोषित करने की कार्यवाही यंत्र और साजिश है। पुलिस प्रशासन द्वारा सांसद श्री संतोष पांडेय पूर्व सांसद श्री अभिषेक सिंह सहित भाजपा नेताओं, कार्यकर्ताओं को नोटिश या जांच नहीं किया है. नहीं मिलने की स्थिति में पंचनामा करता तत्पश्चात कोर्ट में प्रस्तुत करते, पुलिस प्रशासन द्वारा नियमों को दरकिनार कर बिना कुछ जांच किये सीधे कोर्ट में न्यायधीश के समक्ष झूठा शपथ देना एवं फरार घोषित करना दुर्भाग्यजनक है। मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल व विधायक मोहम्मद अकबर के इसारे पर पुलिस साजिश कर रही है। 3
