लाख प्रयास के बावजूद क्षेत्र में चंदन की लकड़ी की तस्करी जारी है। कुतुब नगर से हरदोई जाने वाली सड़क पर थानाध्यक्ष पीसांवा व चौकी प्रभारी कुतुबनगर द्वारा की चेकिंग की जा रही थी। ऐसी दौरान एक इनोवा गाड़ी कुतुब नगर की तरफ से आते हुए दिखाई दी। इनोवा गाड़ी के रुकते ही पीछे बैठे दो लोग गन्ना व घने अमरूद की बाग में तेजी से उतरकर अंधेरे का फायदा उठाकर भाग गए
