कुंभ मेला क्षेत्र के सेक्टर 5 स्थित ब्रम्हाकुमारी के पंडाल सत्यम शिवम सुंदरम का उद्घाटन हुआ। उद्घाटन के अवसर पर उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के कैबिनेट मंत्री सुरेश राणा, ब्रह्मा कुमारीज के प्रशासनिक प्रभाग की राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्षा आशा दीदी, प्रयाग राज की क्षेत्रीय संचालिका मनोरमा दीदी तथा लखनऊ क्षेत्र की संचालिका राधा दीदी आदि उपस्थित रहे। उक्त अवसर पर मेले के डायरेक्टर बीके अरुण ने मेले की थीम सत्यम शिवम सुंदरम पर विस्तृत उल्लेख प्रस्तुत किया। इस अवसर पर आशाजी ने कहा परमात्मा के साथ आत्मा और प्रकृति भी अजर अमर है परंतु इनका परिवर्तन अवश्य होता है
