प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी देश में बिजली व्यवस्था को लेकर के एक बहुत ही बड़ी योजना चला रहे हैं जिसमें घर घर बिजली पहुंचाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है मोदी जी का दावा है कि हम देश के लगभग हर कोने में बिजली पहुंचाने का काम कर रहे है लेकिन उत्तर प्रदेश के जनपद सीतापुर से महज 35 किलोमीटर दूर तहसील विसवां के ग्राम सभा कटिया के मजरा तिवारीपुर में आजादी के बाद से लोगों को अभी तक बिजली नसीब नहीं हुई है गांव के बुजुर्ग बताते हैं कि इस गांव में चुनाव के समय हर नेता आकर के यही वादा करता है कि हम को जिताओ हम गांव में बिजली लाएंगे लेकिन चुनाव जीतने के बाद कोई भी नेता यहां वापस मुड़कर नहीं आता गांव वालों का आरोप है
