New Delhi: While speaking to ANI in the national capital on India-China boundary talks, the Defence Expert PK Sehgal said, “This is the 22nd round of bordered negotiation between India and China. This time the talk was surrounded in absolute secrecy and relations between the two sides have deteriorated after the Chinese have shown increasing interest of meddling into Kashmir. India announced the arrival of Chinese delegation only 24 hours before the event.”
