उत्तर भारत समेत देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में कड़ाके की ठंड पड़नी शुरू हो चुकी है. बुधवार तड़के दिल्ली का न्यूनतम तापमान 5.1 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया. मौसम विभाग की माने तो ठंड आज और भी बढ़ेंगे. विभाग ने आशंका जताई है कि बुधवार रात हवाएं चल सकती है जिससे न्यूतम तापमान में और गिरावट दर्ज की जा सकती है. मौसम विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि दिल्ली में ठंड का असर अब शुरू होगा. 20 दिसंबर को न्यूनतम तापमान 4 डिग्री तक नीचे जा सकता है.पिछले दो सालों में दिल्ली के लोगों को दिसंबर महीने में इतनी ठंड महसूस नहीं कर पाए थे. इससे पहले 20 दिसंबर 2015 को राजधानी का न्यूनतम तापमान 5 डिग्री पर पहुंच गया था. विशेषज्ञों की माने तो आमतौर पर राजधानी में क्रिसमस और न्यू इयर के आसपास सबसे ज्यादा ठंडी होती है.आशंका जताई जा रही है कि दिन में कंपकंपाती ठंड दिसंबर के अंतिम दिनों में ही पड़ेगी. उस दौरान कोहरा भी पड़ सकता है. दिल्ली का अधिकतम तापमान मंगलवार को 22.3 डिग्री रहा. हालांकि धूप निकलने के कारण दिन में मौसम का हाल ठीक ठाक बना हुआ था..
