कोरोनावायरस : ICMR ने CoviSelf नाम की Home Testing Kit को मंजूरी दी है जिसकी सहायता से लोग घर में ही कोरोनावायरस टेस्ट कर सकेंगे। इस किट का पूरा नाम कोविसेल्फ (CoviSelfTM)- पैथोकैच है। यह एक होम रैपिड एंटीजन टेस्टिंग (आरएटी) किट है। इसे पुणे स्थित माईलैब डिस्कवरी सॉल्यूशन नाम की कंपनी ने तैयार किया है। इस किट के जरिये लोग घर में ही नाक के जरिए कोरोना जांच के लिए सैंपल ले सकेंगे।

घर में भी कर पाएंगे कोरोना की जांच, ICMR ने होम टेस्टिंग किट को दी मंजूरी
देश में मेडिकल रिसर्च की अग्रणी संस्था ICMR ने अब कोरोना जांच के लिए नई एडवायजरी जारी की है. नई एडवाइजरी के मुताबिक कोरोना की जांच अब लोग घर मे कर सकेंगे. रैपिड एंटीजन टेस्ट के लिए एक टेस्ट किट को ICMR की मंजूरी मिल गई है. इस किट के जरिये लोग घर मे ही नाक के जरिए कोरोना जांच के लिए सैंपल ले सकेंगे. होम आइसोलेशन टेस्टिंग किट के लिए MY LAB DISCOVERY SOLUTION LTD पुणे की कंपनी को ऑथोराइज किया गया है. इस किट का नाम COVISELF (Pathocatch) है, जिसकी बाजार में कीमत 250 रुपये तक होगी.
एडवाइजरी में कहा गया है कि होम टेस्टिंग सिर्फ सिम्प्टोमेटिक मरीजों के लिए है साथ मे जो लोग लैब में कन्फर्म केस के सीधे सपर्क में आए हों. होम टेस्टिंग कम्पनी के सुझाए मैन्युअल तौर तरीके से होगा. होम टेस्टिंग के लिए गूगल प्ले स्टोर और ऐपल स्टोर से मोबाइल ऐप डाउनलोड करना होगा.मोबाइल ऐप के ज़रिए पॉजिटिव और निगेटिव रिपोर्ट मिलेगी.
मंजूरी का बाद ICMR ने जांच को लेकर भी एडवाइजरी जारी की है. इसमें कहा गया है कि वे लोग जिनमें लक्षण नजर आ रहे हैं या हाल ही में संक्रमितों के संपर्क में आए लोगों को टेस्ट करना चाहिए. साथ ही ICMR ने कहा बिना वजह जांच किए जाने की सलाह नहीं दी है.
जो लोग होम टेस्टिंग करेंगे उन्हें टेस्ट strip पिक्चर खींचना पड़ेगा और उसी फोन से तस्वीर लेनी होगी जिसपर मोबाइल ऐप डाउनलोड होगा. मोबाइल फोन का डाटा सीधे ICMR के टेस्टिंग पोर्टल पर स्टोर हो जाएगा. मरीज की गोपनीयता बरकरार रहेगी. इस टेस्ट के जरिए जो जिनकी पॉजिटिव रिपोर्ट आएगी उन्हें पॉजिटिव माना जायेगा और किसी टेस्ट की जरूरत नही पड़ेगी.
जो लोग पॉजिटिव होंगे उन्हें होम आइसोलेशन को लेकर ICMR और हेल्थ मिनिस्ट्री की गाइडलाइन को मानना होगा. लक्षण वाले जिन मरीजों का रिजल्ट निगेटिव आएगा उनको RTPCR करवाना होगा. सभी रैपिड एंटीजन निगेटिव सिम्प्टोमेटिक लोगों को सस्पेक्टेड कोविड केस माना जायेगा और जब तक RTPCR का रिजल्ट नही आ जाती तब तक उन्हें होम आईओलेशन में रहना होगा.
