शनिवार को इस्तांबोल में इब्ने ख़लदून विश्वविद्यालय में एक कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ की सुरक्षा परिषद के पांच सदस्यों को यह अधिकार हासिल नहीं है कि जिस तरह चाहें दुनिया का भविषय निर्धारित करें.
