There will be a ban on burning of firecrackers throughout the day in Himachal today. The State Pollution Control Board has issued strict instructions to all the district administrations regarding this. Pollution Control Board Chairman Sanjay Gupta said that burning of firecrackers will be allowed only between 8 to 10 pm.
