When the police checked the chassis number of the bike online, it was found to belong to Mahendra Singh, a resident of Morni in Panchkula district of Haryana. Bike owner Mahendra Singh told that his bike was stolen from Mohali in August 2023, the report of which was also lodged by him in the concerned police station. After this, Swarghat police also contacted Mohali police in which this bike was found to be stolen. On Friday, bike owner Mahendra Singh reached Swarghat police station and took the bike away after action.
